Large Spotted Eagle Ray. One of these jumped in the air and struck someone riding on the bow of a boat a few weeks after we left Key West. The person died from the impact.

Huge grouper hanging off the scatter reef near the Cayman. This was possibly the largest fish that I've seen underwater. It was around 5ft long.

We did a night dive at Hol Chan park. The water was fill with little shrimp like organisms that clustered around lights. They were so thick around the light that the water felt solid.

Nurse Sharks are all over the place in Belize. I even found them on snorkeling trips on the barrier reef in 5' of water.
